Please bring your own mattress cleaning supplies (enzymes or non-toxic cleaners) and a vacuum with upholstery attachments. I’d appreciate a short ETA and a brief note on any stain treatment experience. The apartment is located in central London, and I’d prefer someone who can arrive on a weekday afternoon. If possible, please confirm you can dispose of or refresh old mattress covers safely if we decide to replace them after the cleaning.
