- Manage and motivate site teams;
- Ensure all processes are being adhered to on a project by project basis;
- Produce accurate, consistent and professional records, reports and general information;
- All Health & Safety and other regulatory matters;
- Ability to deliver project on time and to perfection;
- Ensuring that end product meets client’s expectation;
- To carry out the role of company representation on site and to interface between the company and client;
- Reporting to Contracts Director.
Requirements:
- Extensive main contracting background is essential;
- Ability to work on own initiative;
- Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry important;
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills;
- Previous £5M+ project experience;
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills;
- Self-motivated and hard worker;
- Advance knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint and industry specific software;
- Analytical and decision making skills;
- Strong team building skills.
