Responsibilities:
- Compiling statistics;
- Writing and processing orders;
- Operating IT and other office equipment;
- Preparing and despatching accounts;
- Updating patient information on PAS system;
- Booking facilities;
- Maintaining records associated with office stationery and equipment stores;
- Word Processing documents;
- Keeping diaries;
- Maintaining filing systems;
- Typing;
- Handling petty cash;
- Telephone duties;
- Making bank lodgements;
- Arranging meetings, preparing meeting rooms and providing hospitality.
Requirements:
- Willingness to take on minute taking;
- 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English (Grades A-C);
- Previous admin experience.
