Our company is looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure computer network hardware and applications;
  • On call service in case of emergency (Fire, flood, etc.) in the office;
  • Prepare documentation and reports for processes within the company;
  • Rapidly establish a good working relationship with employees and other professionals promoting good IT practices;
  • Communication room maintenance and environment monitoring;
  • Communicate with external vendors and Global IT teams to resolve problems;
  • Provide IT training for newcomers related to EPAM Systems infrastructure;
  • Support colleagues regarding IT requests/incidents (hardware/software);
  • Provide estimations;
  • Maintain and update assets inventory.

Requirements:

  • Experience with office relocation and remote support;
  • Microsoft AD, Hyper V, SCCM, SQL Server, Windows Server 2012 and later;
  • Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP server configuration);
  • Good communication skills and problem-solving attitude;
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server management (Active Directory, WSUS, 3rd party antivirus service);
  • Capable to work in a team in a multi-level organization;
  • Advanced knowledge level administering Microsoft Windows based systems (Win 10);
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2012;
  • Willing to learn new technologies and respond quickly to new challenges;
  • Switch Configuration and implementation;
  • Firewall Configuration and Management;
  • PowerShell scripting;
  • User-friendly attitude willing to help employees solving their daily issues with IT infrastructure;
  • Backups, HA, DR;
  • Office 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams and/or SfB, OneDrive).
