Our company is looking for a Resourcing Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and deploying Team meetings;
- Document Management;
- Process flow creation;
- Updating Resourcing Management System;
- Managing Microsoft Teams Site;
- Presentation Building;
- Scheduling and meeting management;
- Supporting the LHC’s and the HR Admin team with on-boarding of new applicants both within the UK and overseas;
- In conjunction with the Resource Manager you will co-ordinate and implement the appropriate resources in support of meetings and appointments;
- Administer the recruitment process including monitoring the recruitment inbox;
- To be the point of contact for all application enquires internal and external;
- The role involves assisting with the coordination and allocation of resources of placements/projects/programmes of service users;
- Maintaining a tracker spreadsheet of all advertised posts internal and external and generating and issuing the internal weekly ‘Vacancy Bulletin’;
- The role requires effective communication over the telephone with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation;
- Experience in using Microsoft Office and Sage;
- Experience of working within the healthcare/laboratory industry would be an advantage but is not essential;
- 2+ years customer service experience;
- Flexible approach to working within a fast-paced service environment;
- Ability to solve problems and alleviate conflicts or escalate where required;
- Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritise;
- The ability to work in a team and individually;
- Problem solving skills;
- Organisational skills;
- High level of communication skills;
- Enthusiasm and motivation for the job.
