Our company is looking for a Associate Structural Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor progress and compile project status reports;
  • Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior members of the team.

Requirements:

  • Expert in providing project management guidance and direction on multidisciplinary projects;
  • A degree in Engineering or similar;
  • Proven work experience within the field of structural engineering;
  • Able to motivate individuals to work collaboratively as a team;
  • Project management and supervision skills;
  • A passion for working with clients and fellow professionals who care about their projects and mentoring the team to achieve these values;
  • Excellent programme management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects;
  • Excellent people management skills and experience of managing staff at all levels;
  • Good awareness of engineering and building design beyond own discipline;
  • IEng or CEng qualification;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Strategic thinker with proven experience of developing and implementing creative and successful solutions;
  • Able to quickly develop successful client relationships and internal relationships;

  • Encouraging others to deliver elegant, practical and safe engineering solutions.
