Our company is looking for a Senior Service Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating on project design, proposal development, R&D prototype and UI development, test scenarios and customer journeys;
  • Design, specification and implementation of each consumer touchpoint including;
  • Engagement with sales staff to assist with bid proposals and help turn service design requirements and improvements into client business growth.

Requirements:

  • Evidence of incorporating innovative approaches to service design to deliver exceptional results;
  • A motivated self-starter with a “start-up style” delivery ethos;
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to both manage and empathise with a range of stakeholders;
  • Clear written, presentational and verbal communication of product and service concepts;
  • A track record of service design with clear examples of success;
  • Ability to broker consensus with multiple stakeholders.
