Senior Service Designer Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Senior Service Designer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating on project design, proposal development, R&D prototype and UI development, test scenarios and customer journeys;
- Design, specification and implementation of each consumer touchpoint including;
- Engagement with sales staff to assist with bid proposals and help turn service design requirements and improvements into client business growth.
Requirements:
- Evidence of incorporating innovative approaches to service design to deliver exceptional results;
- A motivated self-starter with a “start-up style” delivery ethos;
- Strong listening skills with the ability to both manage and empathise with a range of stakeholders;
- Clear written, presentational and verbal communication of product and service concepts;
- A track record of service design with clear examples of success;
- Ability to broker consensus with multiple stakeholders.
