Our company is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the UI team to help create UI visual benchmarks as well as animation prototypes;
  • Capable of working directly with clients ā€“ onsite and offsite ā€“ in an iterative/agile manner;
  • Coaching and mentoring junior members of the team, and running a small UX team to deliver complex projects;
  • Capable of generating user personas and user scenarios;
  • Work alongside the game design team with a focus on delivering best in class UX implementations for features across titles in the studio;
  • Engages with the client early on to seek a deeper appreciation of the customer’sā€™ business problem/goals;
  • Be the go-to person to ensure interface consistency throughout titles.

Requirements:

  • Working with a project manager, client team and UX director to prioritise workload;
  • A practitioner of Human Centered Design;
  • Confident workshop facilitator including design studios, customer experience mapping and design sprints;
  • Experience working in an Agile environment is a bonus;
  • Skilled at deciphering ambiguous client briefs into tangible requirements and deliverables;
  • Able to clearly communicate outcomes and recommendations when presenting research and prototypes to clients;
  • Ideally you will have a background in digital design, although this is a UX role;
  • Capable of juggling multiple projects and related complexities at the same time;
  • Previous experience working in an agency or consultancy is highly desired;
  • Experienced researcher strong user centred design process that has been honed over a number of years;
  • Native mobile experience is a must;
  • Stakeholder management- the capability to inspire, persuade and align clients and turn ideas into world-class experiences;
  • Expert in requirement gathering through workshops, interviews and research;
  • Able to collaborate actively with others in cross-functional teams., with ability to deal with ambiguity and change associate with an agile approach.
