  • Create technical and functional user documentation;
  • Previous experience of working in an agile environment and using recognized development methodology; e.g., Agile, Scrum and Kanban;
  • Contribute to the development of new tools, processes and solutions to meet desired product needs;
  • Analyze, define and document requirements and business processes;
  • Perform analysis on existing systems; identifying options for potential solutions and assess for both technical and business suitability;
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories/functional specifications;
  • Develop systems specifications, process flow and conversion strategies;
  • Work between remote development teams, internal IT and business to ensure requirements are being met;
  • Identifies and documents process improvements and functional specifications based on research of best practices and analysis of work group data;
  • Follow established business processes, protocols and quality standards in the development and deployment of complex solutions.

Requirements:

  • Create documentation to efficiently communicate requirements and identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Extensive understanding of AGILE methodologies;
  • Proven record in working in Software projects;
  • Ideally experience with ADO or similar tools such as Jira;
  • Business requirements gathering;
  • Strong communication skills that allow for effective communication across all levels of the organization;
  • proficient in Microsoft Office products;
  • Experience of delivering web centric / digital projects or ecommerce systems within the private or public sector;
  • Strong stakeholder management skills either with internal or external customers as you will be working on customer centric projects;
  • Initiate, plan and develop Business Analysis activities in support of strategic initiatives;
  • Lead and facilitate structured workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements;
  • The ability to prepare business cases, not just to provide a financial benefit but also a business benefit too;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to present and articulate at all levels of the organization;
  • Proven knowledge of Agile and Scrum, Lean or Kanban principles, with the ability to mentor others;
  • Moderate facilitation skills; ability to facilitate workshops.
