Our company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to capture detailed requirements and maintain traceability throughout all phases of a project;
  • Investigate, map and document technical requirements required to support the development of new software functions and features across our platform;
  • Creation of UAT scripts and own test delivery timelines and objectives;
  • Build a dedicated BA team over time, develop the team’s capabilities and provide team leadership;
  • From time to time manage smaller projects as well as carrying out light BAU activity;
  • Working on various types of projects and technologies, completing detailed analysis and capturing requirements as needed by the team;
  • Assess recommended technology solutions against business requirements;
  • Weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting on cost and profitability;
  • Preparing monthly forecasts, annual budgets, bridges to budget and reconciliations;
  • Work with the Product and Development teams to assess requirements and ensure optimal software delivery pipeline is in operation;
  • Producing quality reporting and analysis on financial and operations metrics;
  • Manage changes to scope and ensure correct level of business challenge to business requirements;
  • Generating task progress status reports;
  • Eliciting & Definition of Business Requirements;
  • Capture initial reporting needs based on business requirements.

Requirements:

  • English required. Secondary language preferred (German, Italian or French);
