Our company is looking for a IT Business Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring tickets raised by NOC and ensuring customers are updated;
  • creation of process maps for new processes/products; and;
  • Providing first line and second line support to customers as required;
  • Working with senior colleagues in analysing, interpreting and advising on complex data or information and decisions and actions required;
  • Preparing documentation and presenting progress reports to the Supervisor;
  • Setting up customer accounts on the IT Support Portal, and keeping SharePoint up to date;
  • Monitoring the support email account and escalating issues where required;
  • Ability to conceptualize a business or technical solution, leveraging colleagues and partners;
  • Gather and analyse business requirements and implement into technical solutions;
  • Work closely with stakeholders to maintain the product backlog prioritising delivery based on maximum value to the business and customers;
  • Remotely accessing client servers to make configuration changes;
  • Construct and validate the business ROI for each statements of architecture or development work;
  • Identify, analyse and recommend solutions that satisfy the business needs while continually exploring and assessing options for value add;
  • Supporting clients with change management activities;
  • Design test cases and conduct user acceptance testingm integration & system testing.

Requirements:

  • Corporate rate gym membership;
  • Experience as a Business Analyst in the Travel, Hospitality and/or Airline sector;
  • Use of Product and Project management tools (e.g Jira);
