Our company is looking for a Agile Delivery Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Product Manager, especially on refining and maintaining the product backlog;
  • Supporting the professional development of the team members;
  • Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information;
  • Balancing the need for uninterrupted work with the proper level of team collaboration and interaction with customers and stakeholders;
  • Guiding the team and organisation on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers;
  • Continuing to build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised with an emphasis on problem-solving and improvement;
  • Agile coaching;
  • Guiding the team on self-organising to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks;
  • Manage and negotiate project proposals and change requests with the IF leadership team and clients;
  • Ensuring continuous improvement;
  • Scrum master – facilitating sprint and backlog reviews, sprint planning, retrospectives in several teams;
  • Mentor the teams on agile practices and facilitate sprint reviews, sprint planning, retrospectives across several teams;
  • Identifying and resolving any problems that slow down the team;

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ work experience preferably as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Experience of managing budgets, pre sales, project planning, scoping and estimation etc;
  • Ideally experience of working on customer sites with co-sourced teams;
  • Proven background in the Agile Delivery Management and Agile Project Management of complex software projects;
  • Strong customer centric skills with collaborative approach and experience of complex stakeholder management;
  • Solid knowledge of Agile principles / Agile ceremonies, Agile tools such as Jira and techniques such as Scrum, Scrumban , Kanban / Lean etc;
  • Experience of full Software Delivery Lifecycle / SDLC from project inception to delivery;
  • Proven experience of Agile estimation techniques using story pointing, planning poker etc;
  • Consulting or client facing Project delivery / project management experience on varied projects (ideally public and private sector);
  • Experience of project delivery across a wide range of products and services;
  • Project delivery for product development across cross functional teams including Developers, architecture, business analysis and test etc.
