Implementation Consultant Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Implementation Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Working on up to 3 projects at a time, and working to strict deadlines for delivery;
- Contribute to the product knowledge base articles;
- Unit testing everything you do;
- Produce accurate project costing and Statements of Work;
- Cross-examining data using SQL;
- Product demonstrations in person and via web conference to clients or prospects;
- Provide clear documentation of each project phase and solution implementation;
- Travelling to Australia and New Zealand;
- Work closely with the customers in order to integrate the OneTrust platform with their other systems, mainly using your API skills;
- Testing of the configuration to satisfy customer requirements;
- Being a key liaison between clients and the technical team;
- Configuration of the system based on customer requirements to provide the best cinema-going experience;
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers and team members of project tasks;
- Coordinating and deliver implementation of their product in Australia and New Zealand;
- Analyse customer requirements and implement solutions within the Vista suite of software.
Requirements:
- Strong SaaS software trouble shooting/analytic skills;
- Experience building email templates with email marketing tools;
- General familiarity with web technologies and trends;
- Requirements elicitation (URS);
- Troubleshooting issues prior to go-live;
- Excellent client facing skills;
- Demonstrable commercial and people relationship skills;
- Strong reading skills for reviewing peer and client documents;
- System installations (IQ) and onsite consultancy;
- System training for end users;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Understanding of Java/XML desirable;
- Solutions architecture;
- SQL knowledge preferred;
- Advanced user of Windows systems, including IIS, DNS, DHCP, Networking.
