Our company is looking for a Software Implementation Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to System Design and build;
  • Liaising with the sales team to understand what has been sold and configuring the environment as detailed in the Sales Documentation;
  • Supporting customers through user acceptance testing and go live support;
  • Act as the key point of contact for the clients during the implementation phase, taking additional requirements when appropriate;
  • Ensure the business development team are promptly notified when issues are detected, for example a requirement mismatch or a non-reactive client;
  • Completing the go-live activities and providing initial post go-live support;
  • Being the application lead on projects;
  • Delivering of training courses;
  • Providing effective training to the clients either remotely or on site as required;
  • Providing support to customers in project as well as those in business as usual;
  • System process design;
  • Investigation of setup/configuration issues;
  • Completing the system build for senior consultants and customers following the design sign off;
  • Requirements and data gathering including master data;
  • Sharing and develop best practice with customers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate to audiences of varying technical knowledge;
  • A willingness to travel to client sites as and when needed;
  • Any knowledge of HR / Payroll software and the processes involved would be a huge plus.
