Our company is looking for a Internal Recruiter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel required to our London & Bromley offices for relationship building;
  • Building a pipeline of potential employees and pushing internal referrals for future roles;
  • Conduct 1st stage interview with HR and complete interview pack;
  • Screen CVs and conduct telephone interviews with candidates;
  • Offer a brilliant candidate experience for every job seeker who calls or visits the office;
  • Establishing recruitment requirements in line with service business objectives in partnership with key stakeholders and recruiting managers;
  • Collate and record interview feedback;
  • Maintain a robust availability calendar for members so we can mobilise teams quickly and with minimal fuss at short notice;
  • Producing reports regarding all phases of the recruitment process;
  • Drive ‘Refer a Friend’ with internal staff;
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide support and build best practice processes to deliver service excellence;
  • Maintaining the current employee database and ensuring any information on file is kept up to date;
  • Candidate Management – Selection & Offer;
  • Project Management, Tools, Process & Reporting;
  • Influence hiring managers on the importance of Diversity in the Recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • On boarding processes;
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple relationships;
  • Headhunting;
  • Experience working in a Talent Acquisition role demonstrating results in direct sourcing, social media usage and recruitment campaign management;
  • Demonstrable experience of planning, developing and delivering effective recruitment campaign strategies;
  • Full UK driving licence & access to your own vehicle is essential for this role;
  • An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive and collaborative work environment;
  • Proven ability to drive direct hiring methods and has worked preferably in an international or European agency and in-house resourcing position;
  • Ability to create competency models for new emerging job roles in the organisation;
