Our company is looking for a Recruiter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Process driven – Must be able to follow and understand operational processes;
  • Interview & Qualify – Proactively schedule, interview and qualify a high volume of candidates. Enter and track candidate progress within the platform;
  • Customer Service – must always present a friendly and professional manner to provide the best experience to the candidates;
  • sourcing quality candidates;
  • Maintaining successful client relationships;
  • Identifies areas of potential optimisation, shares with management, and assists with developing solutions;
  • Where appropriate work with 3rd party agencies to support delivery of niche roles, lead agency briefing calls and manage relationships long term;
  • Collaborates with team members to develop and maintain a unified approach to talent sourcing and recruitment;
  • Audits candidate files to ensure required records are completed and entered into the appropriate electronic systems;
  • Assists with coordinating logistics for recruiting events, such as job fairs, and invitation-only events;
  • Interviewing and prepping candidates for roles;
  • Enters and tracks candidate data in various electronic systems and runs standard reports as required;
  • Source qualified, talented, and high potential candidates who embody Paymentwall Inc.’ s entrepreneurial spirit;
  • Managing the process from assessing the CV, through to the start date;
  • providing specialist guidance on creative advertising and robust selection processes.

Requirements:

  • Must Drive;
  • Proficient with MS products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, One Drive);
  • Money and success driven;
  • Super connectors who live on Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter and other social media outlets;
  • previous experience of pre-employment check compliance;
  • Excellent organisational skills;
  • Must have understanding of recruitment legislation including DBS checks, referencing and ID checks;
  • Mandatory requirements, of at least a bachelor degree, preferably with a commercial or HR focus;
  • Must have a strong understanding of the main social media platforms the ability to learn about new ones;
  • previous experience working in an operational recruitment role;
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs, A-C including English and Maths;
  • Desire to help in other areas of HR such as Performance, Career progression, L&D etc;
  • Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing;
  • Graduate Education (2:1 or higher) or Sales Experience (6months or more preferable);
  • Prior track record of excellent customer service and effective teamwork with the ability to work autonomously.
