Transactions Analyst Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Transactions Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Executing day-to-day transactions with the support of in-house teams;
- Reviewing, underwriting, conducting due diligence and executing new acquisition, development and disposition projects;
- Analysing the market for supply and demand fundamentals and macro trends.
Requirements:
- You will have extensive experience of financial analysis and a proficiency with Excel;
- You will also have had extensive experience working within real estate;
- Model real estate cash flows and financing to produce income-focused return and internal rate of returns;
- Underwrite deals across Europe and for a variety of sectors;
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and produce reports for their use.
