Our company is looking for a Utility Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing regular progress updates to clients;
  • Assisting at all stages of planning and delivery of the Utility works across each project;
  • Administrative support for new site connections;
  • Attending regular site visits;
  • Assisting project managers on various projects;
  • Ensuring each project causes minimal disruption;
  • The provision of timely and accurate responses to customer enquiries to ensure that accurate information is provided, and problems are resolved;
  • Coordinate the timely processing on bond reclaims;
  • To support our validation processes;
  • Liaise with suppliers to coordinate specific company initiatives;
  • Liaise with project managers and internal colleagues;
  • Support company led utility promotional activity including the Live trade shows;
  • Process changes of tenancies with energy suppliers;
  • Support the Operations team with interruption in utility supplies;
  • Providing assistance and administration support.

Requirements:

  • Great attention to detail;
  • Excellent competency in Word, Excel and Outlook;
  • Strong administration skills;
  • Experience of managing accounts over a multi-site business;
  • Ability to manage timer and work load effectively.
