Our company is looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Duties in other departments of the business during times of peak workload;
  • Management of certificates including filing, expiration dates and obtaining of;
  • Liaising with other departments;
  • To assist with answering the office telephones as required;
  • To meet office targets as set by the directors;
  • Maintain effective updates to the company operating system;
  • Conducting telephone interviews;
  • Formal quotation for the service works;
  • Resource planning;
  • Scheduling engineers;
  • Taking incoming calls from customers with service issues;
  • Liaising with customers regarding their requirements and troubleshooting issues;
  • Making sure PPM works meet legal deadlines & that current certs do not expire;
  • Providing regular updates to customers and clients;
  • Filing and organisation of Service Department emails, quotes, and engineers photos, engineer’s documents, scanning paperwork when required.

Requirements:

  • Experience within a fast-paced Service Coordinator role controlling mobile engineers;
  • Polite and professional phone manner;
  • High level of customer service;
  • The ability to work as part of a team is key;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
  • Highly Organised;
  • Communication skills to an extremely high standard, both via telephone and e-mail;
  • Opening company accounts for clients and sending client letters confirming their new account details;
  • Computer literate; thorough working knowledge of MS Office, with use of database systems a strong advantage;
  • Educated to a high standard;
  • Filing and organisation of Service Department emails, quotes, and engineers photos, engineer’s documents, scanning paperwork when required;
  • Mature outlook;
  • Enjoy working with people of all age groups and backgrounds;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Scheduling/Planning.
