Responsibilities:

  • Updating and maintaining the inhouse system;
  • Inventory and stock management;
  • Warehouse Duties;
  • Supplier invoices approvals;
  • Co-coordinating annual leave calendar for staff;
  • Ordering all 3rd party items for the business;
  • Raising PO’s;
  • Plan, dispatch and co-ordinate a team of engineers;
  • General administration;
  • Raising renewals.

Requirements:

  • Effective organisational skills;
  • Good geographical knowledge of the UK;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Working knowledge of SAP (desirable).
