Our company is looking for a Service Co-ordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and scheduling Engineer vehicle repairs and servicing;
  • Assisting with Supplier invoice query resolution in line with internal deadlines;
  • Stock and van stock monitoring and control;
  • Weekly/monthly reporting to Senior Management;
  • Any other tasks as reasonably requested by Line Manager/Senior Management team;
  • Updating the work in progress reports;
  • Provide administrative support to the management team;
  • Scheduling work for 8 engineers across the South East;
  • Ordering parts;
  • Diary Management.

Requirements:

  • Good time management skills with the ability to multitask on several issues at one time with frequent interruptions;
  • Willingness and ability to be flexible;
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced customer focussed environment;
  • Experience of scheduling activities and coordinating the activities of others (preferably engineers) would be ideal;
  • 5 year checkable work history;
  • Good customer care skills with the ability to handle stressful situations;
  • Scheduling experience for engineers;
  • Administrative experience;
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft programs (Excel, Word etc.);
  • The ability to build a rapport with engineers whilst controlling their activities;
  • Ability to prioritise work;
  • Experience of working in a process driven & high-pressure environment;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Willingness to learn and undertake additional training as required;
  • Attention to detail and accurate data entry.
