Service Co-ordinator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Service Co-ordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and scheduling Engineer vehicle repairs and servicing;
- Assisting with Supplier invoice query resolution in line with internal deadlines;
- Stock and van stock monitoring and control;
- Weekly/monthly reporting to Senior Management;
- Any other tasks as reasonably requested by Line Manager/Senior Management team;
- Updating the work in progress reports;
- Provide administrative support to the management team;
- Scheduling work for 8 engineers across the South East;
- Ordering parts;
- Diary Management.
Requirements:
- Good time management skills with the ability to multitask on several issues at one time with frequent interruptions;
- Willingness and ability to be flexible;
- Experience of working in a fast-paced customer focussed environment;
- Experience of scheduling activities and coordinating the activities of others (preferably engineers) would be ideal;
- 5 year checkable work history;
- Good customer care skills with the ability to handle stressful situations;
- Scheduling experience for engineers;
- Administrative experience;
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft programs (Excel, Word etc.);
- The ability to build a rapport with engineers whilst controlling their activities;
- Ability to prioritise work;
- Experience of working in a process driven & high-pressure environment;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Willingness to learn and undertake additional training as required;
- Attention to detail and accurate data entry.
