Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with designers to implement their vision;
- Implement and debug AI system including nav mesh generation optimization, behavior systems, perception systems;
- Develop scalable, fast and efficient code.
Requirements:
- Excellent c++ knowledge;
- Ability to develop creative and low cost solutions;
- Ability to estimate task schedules/dependencies;
- A background in Artificial Intelligence game coding;
- Ability to write well optimised and portable code;
- Ability to communicate effectively to groups with different technical perspectives;
- Knowledge of AI techniques;
- 2+ years’ game programming experience;
- Strong math skills;
- Professional experience shipping at least one title;
- Ability to identify NPC bugs, and understand the interplay between systems;
- Experience with Unreal Engine 4.
