Our company is looking for a ICT Service Desk Analyst to join our team.
- Setting-up users, user support and password support using Active Directory;
- Providing an all round mixture of 1st and 2nd line duties;
- Supporting a Windows environment;
- Experience of troubleshooting computer software and hardware;
- Setting up PCs and installing/configuring software and hardware;
- Microsoft Exchange Administration.
- Knowledge of Remote Desktop Services and Thin Client technologies;
- Flexible to company demands including working individually or as part of a team;
- High degree of multi-tasking and attention to detail;
- Able to communicate clearly with personnel at all levels of the organisation;
- Polite, presentable, pro-active self-starter, ability to work under pressure;
- An inquisitive mind and a passion for IT project work;
- Good exposure to supporting users with Microsoft related issues;
- Knowledge of PC hardware and software with the desire for continued learning and development;
- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 and Enterprise Software.
