ICT Service Desk Analyst Job Description Template

Our company is looking for a ICT Service Desk Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting-up users, user support and password support using Active Directory;
  • Providing an all round mixture of 1st and 2nd line duties;
  • Supporting a Windows environment;
  • Experience of troubleshooting computer software and hardware;
  • Setting up PCs and installing/configuring software and hardware;
  • Microsoft Exchange Administration.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Remote Desktop Services and Thin Client technologies;
  • Flexible to company demands including working individually or as part of a team;
  • High degree of multi-tasking and attention to detail;
  • Able to communicate clearly with personnel at all levels of the organisation;
  • Polite, presentable, pro-active self-starter, ability to work under pressure;
  • An inquisitive mind and a passion for IT project work;
  • Good exposure to supporting users with Microsoft related issues;
  • Knowledge of PC hardware and software with the desire for continued learning and development;
  • Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 and Enterprise Software.
