Infrastructure Specialist Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Providing support to our customers, supporting infrastructure services;
- Responsible for the consistent delivery of the core infrastructure platform, ensuring best practice, health, and product/vendor lifecycle;
- Will assist with defining and maintaining all required standard operating procedures, policies, and supporting technical documentation;
- Ensuring that the infrastructure platform and private cloud is available to defined KPI’s and service coverage;
- Able to communicate to internal and external stakeholders, both in a technical and non-technical capacity.
Requirements:
- 5 years’ experience supporting complex infrastructure environments;
- Strong working knowledge of Windows desktops & Servers, Networking Firewalls and storage solutions.
