Responsibilities:
- Performing analysis on customer data and providing customers with figures;
- Providing 1 st and 2 nd line support to their global network of customers;
- Collaborating closely with internal departments;

- Working predominantly within the Spanish market;

Requirements:

- 1-2 years’ experience in a 1 st or 2 nd line application support role in a customer-facing environment;
- Fluent in Spanish and English;

- Analytically minded (Proficient in SQL/Java);
