QlikView Developer Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a QlikView Developer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Document data flows and mapping rules between source systems and QlikView dashboards;
- Perform impact analysis of new business requirements on existing BI landscape;
- Help enforce and enhance BI standards used for ETL and data visualisation;
- Provide end user training on new / enhanced BI applications;
- Build and enforce data quality rules and standards within BI applications;
- Help build models to enable self-service BI;
- Evaluate new tools and product updates to help improve effectiveness of existing BI solutions;
- Build pro-active tools and processes to monitor and flag data quality gaps and issues within BI applications.
Requirements:
- Hands on experience working with relational databases (SQL Server) and SQL;
- NHS (Ideal);
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
- Extensive experience building and enhancing QlikView applications;
- Experience in dealing with business users;
- Proven experience in transforming tactical work streams into strategic solutions;
- Hands on working experience of Microsoft BI Stack (mainly SSIS and SSRS);
- Experience in working with NPrinting;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
