Our company is looking for a Second/2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with tickets raised by on site and remote staff;
  • Provision new phones/laptops/PCs;
  • New Starter set ups;
  • The company have just gone through an office 365 migration so you’ll be required to help deal with any teething issues this may have caused.

Requirements:

  • Windows 10 environment (Support, troubleshooting & builds);
  • Experience of supporting users in multiple domains & systems across different domains;
  • Remote & On site Support Experience;
  • O365 & Exchange;
  • Lync 2013 / Skype 2015.
