Our company is looking for a Second/2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with tickets raised by on site and remote staff;
- Provision new phones/laptops/PCs;
- New Starter set ups;
- The company have just gone through an office 365 migration so you’ll be required to help deal with any teething issues this may have caused.
Requirements:
- Windows 10 environment (Support, troubleshooting & builds);
- Experience of supporting users in multiple domains & systems across different domains;
- Remote & On site Support Experience;
- O365 & Exchange;
- Lync 2013 / Skype 2015.
