Responsibilities:
- Engage with 2nd and 3rd line teams for help and escalating complex issues;
- Ensure excellent levels of customer service;
- Managing customer relationships;
- Reporting;
- Respond to and solve support tickets on ITSM solution;
- Manage workload;
- Provide 1st line support to customers;
- Ensure timely resolution of requests, in accordance to agreed SLAs;
- Fix and resolves issues and queries where possible;
- Raise monitoring alarms from customer systems via their industry leading software;
- Process improvement;
- Supporting clients.
