Our company is looking for a Business Admin Apprentice to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Performing any other duties agreed with your manager as and when necessary;
- To understand and adhere to national and local Health and Safety policies & procedures;
- Regularly update and maintain reports in line with role requirements and relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s);
- Highlight areas of improvement and escalate any issue to line manager;
- Contact the relevant suppliers via telephone and email with disputes in line with the required format/query template;
- To identify the query/dispute of invoices and update relevant systems;
- Build good working relationship with branch operational teams and their suppliers.
Requirements:
- Excellent organisational skills and strong interpersonal skills, with a strong work ethic and sound financial understanding and commercial awareness;
- A good level of IT literacy, especially regarding Microsoft Excel;
- Polite and professional telephone manner and email etiquette;
- Excellent team player, focussed on providing customer excellence;
- A good level of numeracy and great attention to detail will also be ideal;
- Logical, investigative mindset with a tenacity to identify and solve problems.
