Our company is looking for a Apprentice to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the generic administration inbox;
  • Cleanse data, create contracts and maintain the accuracy of information on CRM system;
  • Take ownership of the boardroom ensuring visitors are greeted and offered refreshments;
  • Provide data and reports to the sales team including tracking KPI’s;
  • Manage correspondence between sales team and clients;
  • Assist the Office Supervisor and Manager;
  • Speak to existing contractors and chase timesheets;
  • Ensure that compliance documents are in place for all contractors;
  • General administration duties such as photocopying, scanning and filing;
  • Format, anonymize and upload CV’s to various job boards and CRM system;
  • Answer the telephone and accurately take messages when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • A reasonable level of IT skills would be an advantage;
  • The ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions;
  • A willingness to learn new skills and ability to identify when they need to ask for support;
  • Good observation and organisational skills;
  • Ability to develop positive relationships with parents, careers and other childcare professionals;
  • The ability to relate and interact with children;
  • Pro-active and willing ‘can do attitude’
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines;
  • Confident in handling phone calls from candidates and potential customers;
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills;
  • Good organisational skills;
  • Good verbal and written English;
  • Strong administration and organisation skills;
  • Good Microsoft Office, Outlook and internet search skills.
