Our company is looking for a Customer Service Apprentice to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Serving food and bevevages in the restaurant and bar to include breakfast, lunch and dinner, morning coffee and afternoon tea;
  • Entering order details on internal systems;
  • Liaising with customers over the phone to capture information needed to enable placement of orders;
  • Updating customers and internal departments on the progress of orders;
  • Entering orders on supplier portals/systems;
  • Working closely with customers and suppliers to resolve order queries;
  • Updating order intake spreadsheets;
  • Validating sales orders for completeness;
  • Follow up prospect leads via telephone and email;
  • Producing reports and other Management Information requirements;
  • Assisting in order queries.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills;
  • Good telephone manner;
  • No experience is required as full training is provided;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Be confident in proactively seek new opportunities and cultivate business relationships, promoting the unique benefits that Newcross can offer;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Learn to understand your client’s business and ensure their ongoing needs are met;
