Our company is looking for a Home Care Worker to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- To visit nominated Service Users, at times directed by the Care Coordinators and management;
- Access to Training and Development;
- Working over 7 days and the requirement of working some weekends/evenings and bank holidays (Including Christmas&New year);
- Full induction and ongoing training development program;
- Enhanced pay for bank holidays, Christmas and Newyear;
- Development program in order to progress within the company.
Requirements:
- Driving licence and access to a car;
- This position is subject to an enhanced DBS check;
- Good written and spoken communication skills including fluency in English;
- A caring, empathetic and compassionate nature;
- Dedication, commitment and reliability;
- Confidence in driving to different locations;
- Some flexibility as you will be supporting people in their own homes.
