Our company is looking for a Home Care Worker to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • To visit nominated Service Users, at times directed by the Care Coordinators and management;
  • Access to Training and Development;
  • Working over 7 days and the requirement of working some weekends/evenings and bank holidays (Including Christmas&New year);
  • Full induction and ongoing training development program;
  • Enhanced pay for bank holidays, Christmas and Newyear;
  • Development program in order to progress within the company.

Requirements:

  • Driving licence and access to a car;
  • This position is subject to an enhanced DBS check;
  • Good written and spoken communication skills including fluency in English;
  • A caring, empathetic and compassionate nature;
  • Dedication, commitment and reliability;
  • Confidence in driving to different locations;
  • Some flexibility as you will be supporting people in their own homes.
