Responsibilities:
- Contentious Probate;
- Contract Disputes;
- Professional Negligence;
- With a proportion of the role focusing on Property Disputes;
- Debt recovery;
- Gaining exposure to interesting and complex litigation work;
- Handling all forms of dispute resolution for commercial and private clients, with an emphasis on commercial litigation and property litigation;
- Working effectively with other departments;
- Developing your own chosen areas of specialism as experience grows;
- Working on and growing a varied caseload of civil & commercial litigation matters;
- Maintaining and improving client care;
- Building and develop your own caseload and participate in the marketing of the Department by active participation in networking, seminar provision etc;
- Taking on a highly client facing role;
- and Debt Recovery to name a few;
- Property Disputes.
Requirements:
- A solid billing history;
- You will enjoy business development and have excellent communicative skills.
