Our company is looking for a Residential Property Solicitor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Purchase contract approval;
- Dealing with sale contract issues;
- A broad range of work often with an emphasis on HNW transactions;
- Running your own caseload of sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold, transfers of equity and re-mortgages;
- Handling purchase contract approvals;
- Help to Buy ISAs;
- Help To Buy loans ( buying, redeeming, transfer of equity);
- Sales;
- Sale contract issues;
- Power of Attorney transactions;
- Shared ownership;
- Staircasing of Shared Ownership properties;
- Purchasing;
- Managing a full and varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, & transfers of equity from start to finish;
- Lifetime ISAs.
Requirements:
- Able to hit the ground running;
- Experience working in a busy high volume conveyancing environment;
- 2+ years PQE;
- Ability to build relationships with existing clients and business referees;
- Can work with minimal assistance;
- Experience in sales and purchase transactions and some plot sales;
- A solicitor who is 3 years + PQE;
- Experienced and charismatic property lawyer;
- A solicitor who has management experience of i.e. an assistant or paralegal;
- A solicitor who can speak Mandarin would be an advantage but it is not a must;
- Proficient and diligent.
