Our company is looking for a Building Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • On-boarding and exiting of tenants;
  • Assisting with local agent on maximising sales;
  • Ensuring that the reception, laundries, foyer, surrounding ground areas and car park comply with safe working practices;
  • Ensuring Health and Safety regulations are adhered to;
  • Facilitate the management of regular and “on departure” flat checks;
  • Management of site budgets and reduction of costs;
  • Ensuring rent payments are received from tenants and recovering arrears where appropriate including writing to and visiting tenants as required;
  • Investigate complaints, persistent or serious breaches of the tenancy agreement, behavioural matters and damage;
  • Taking the building through its first year of mobilisation in terms of defects.

Requirements:

  • National General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health – accredited by NEBOSH;
  • Membership or Associate Membership of BIFM;
  • Member of a relevant professional body;
  • Degree or equivalent;
  • Membership or Associate Membership of IOSH.
