Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the marketing team to monitor critical metrics;
- Work with the marketing and business intelligence teams to improve the processes and tools that drive and support us every single day;
- Create data-informed optimization processes to feed into Gram Games’ growth plans;
- Identify growth/risk areas to maximize overall user acquisition performance.
Requirements:
- We need you to show you’ve got a real passion for making an impact;
- 2 years of experience in a fast-moving, analytical environment (such as consulting, finance, e-commerce, or mobile gaming);
- Advance knowledge and experience with doing deep dives into data;
- SQL knowledge preferred;
- Strong analytical skills;
- 2 years of previous experience in cooperative and cross-functional working environments and demonstrates that in their working style;
- Familiarity with LTV-CAC concepts.
