Our company is looking for a Buyer/Planner to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting suppliers and internal teams with delivery note and invoicing queries and ensure on time and safe delivery of products;
  • Update and maintain status / open order reports;
  • Providing exceptional client service;
  • Plan production work orders based on MPS, MRP, customer demand and shop floor capacity;
  • Review and release work orders to production and subcontract partners;
  • To liaise with the calculations team to ensure all system data for suppliers and pricing remains accurate;
  • Managing the collection and ensure accuracy of supplier KPI date;
  • Expedite suppliers in regards to late deliveries/shipments and drive the supply chain to hit OTD targets;
  • Work with colleagues within the procurement & supply chain function to introduce LEAN and continuous improvement activities;
  • Identify material shortages and follow up, in accordance with OTIF supplier delivery;
  • To support procurement manager in managing communications through procurement activities;
  • Placing purchase orders for raw materials, components and sub-contract services.

Requirements:

  • Confidence in dealing with various stakeholders;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Strong level of English, both written & verbal;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Strong problem-solving ability;
  • Proficient user of Excel.
