Our company is looking for a Campaign Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivery and management of projects to fixed timeframes, and on budget;
  • End-to-end management and delivery of high quality, successful campaigns hitting client objectives;
  • Successfully leading project teams, including creative, digital and promotional elements;
  • Identify and drive opportunities for the team across all clients;
  • Manage client requirements and proactively servicing their needs. Regular attendance at client meetings;
  • Support Account Director to expand team profits;
  • Over-see creative output delivered to the client – including design and copy;
  • Overseeing the implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels;
  • Providing post campaign analysis and interpretation;
  • Co-ordinating product launches, press events and industry trade show appearances;
  • Ensure that brand standards and identity guidelines are adhered to;
  • Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns, on time and within budget;
  • Working closely with agencies and internal teams on projects, ensuring that they are completing work to the agreed timescales and expected standards;
  • Coordinate event activity at events with the events team;
  • Ensuring all integrated marketing campaigns are aligned with the wider brand strategy.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of marketing or creative agency experience, running large-scale integrated marketing campaigns, ideally at a global scale;
  • A self-starter attitude that’s comfortable with constant change and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment;
  • A creative problem solver who can think things through analytically;
  • The CM is responsible from the beginning (definition stage) to the end of project (handover and completion);
  • A proactive, can-do attitude, full of great ideas and able to get stuff done autonomously;
  • Proven track record in making things happen – delivering results quickly and efficiently;
  • A team-player attitude. You’re someone who’s never too big for the little things;
  • Great communication skills with a passion for building strong relationships, with proven experience to manage agencies or in-house creative teams.
