Our company is looking for a CRM Marketing Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • A/B Testing on various email campaigns to establish the most effective;
  • Updating the company’s LinkedIn page;
  • Producing ad-hoc email campaigns such as surveys, mailshots and event invitations;
  • Acting as moderator for review disputes and review comments;
  • Optimising imagery around the site;
  • Working with UX team to optimize and code different features on landing pages;
  • Designing and managing production of regular B2C and B2B email marketing campaigns in MailChimp, to existing customers and prospects;
  • Compiling internal updates;
  • Tracking, measuring and reporting on the performance of email campaigns using Google Analytics and other tools;
  • Providing input to our five PR agencies, for example liaising with our account management team to identify suitable locations;
  • Carrying out segmentation of the database and implementing personalized remarketing strategies;
  • Liaising with our in-house translation team to arrange translation of material, as appropriate;
  • Ensuring all email campaigns comply with current email best practice in the industry;
  • Generate analytical insights that drive landing pages optimizations;
  • Working with the design team to produce B2B print collateral.

Requirements:

  • Ability to effectively plan and prioritise, delivery on time;
  • Experience in using data to inform Campaign plans;
  • Experience dealing with campaign management;
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM;
  • Used to working within a compliance framework.
