CRM Executive Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a CRM Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Report on customer campaigns against targets, with clear result-based recommendations for improvement;
- Provide effective, ad hoc, support and training for each platform, troubleshooting issues when necessary and acting as an internal service desk;
- Add new and update existing content on our website using our CMS;
- Working collaboratively and building relationships with other members of the team and senior stakeholders in the business to drive CRM awareness;
- Managing the build and scheduling of email marketing campaigns;
- Planning, creating and executing our BAU weekly and monthly CRM campaigns from in-life to retention across multiple products;
- Helping to evolve our CRM strategy, data, tools and operations to support this;
- Mapping the customer journey and managing automated campaigns;
- Update all calendars for the CRM team;
- Brief, build & QA CRM e-mails;
- The gate keeper on appropriate targeting and subscriber opt in practice;
- Support with co-ordinating all aspects of database management;
- Create fresh, engaging and effective email creative for each new campaign;
- Implement data analysis and email marketing best practise to drive engagement rates and revenue contribution;
- Manipulate data to target specific groups.
Requirements:
- Responsible for the day to day production and delivery of targeted, personalised email communications and potentially push notifications;
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills, but also able to work by themselves and be proactive;
- You’ve worked in a fast-paced, high volume environment;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Experience of supporting and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics;
- Extremely well organised, able to plan, and execute several diverse projects at once;
- Making requested content and/or design updates, including completing graphic production tasks (slicing images, optimising for mobile);
- Strong commercial awareness;
- Good understanding of the key performance indicators around Email and Push;
- Understanding of data legislation and regulations;
- A minimum of 6 months in a dedicated CRM role;
- Ability to build complex audience lists through typical campaign management tools;
- First class communication skills and a methodical problem solver;
- Ability to work at pace and with high degrees of accuracy;
- Experience of building campaign automation.
