Our company is looking for a Customer Success Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer guidance and best practice advice to help customers better use the tools available to them;
  • Develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty;
  • Work closely with Success management to continuously improve the value we provide to our customers;
  • Provide 1:1 online training to customers who need additional support;
  • Aid with the development and improvement of our products by gathering feedback from customers and sharing it in a meaningful way with your peers;
  • Pass on relevant queries to 2nd and 3rd line support;
  • Build up an understanding of products and services;
  • Proactively contact customers;
  • Manage up to 50 existing customers;
  • Dealing with email, phone and online queries;
  • Work closely with other members of the team;
  • Keep systems up to date.

Requirements:

  • Experience in or passion for/understanding of real estate industry;
  • Experience with Zoopla product and services.
