Customer Success Consultant Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Customer Success Consultant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Offer guidance and best practice advice to help customers better use the tools available to them;
- Develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty;
- Work closely with Success management to continuously improve the value we provide to our customers;
- Provide 1:1 online training to customers who need additional support;
- Aid with the development and improvement of our products by gathering feedback from customers and sharing it in a meaningful way with your peers;
- Pass on relevant queries to 2nd and 3rd line support;
- Build up an understanding of products and services;
- Proactively contact customers;
- Manage up to 50 existing customers;
- Dealing with email, phone and online queries;
- Work closely with other members of the team;
- Keep systems up to date.
Requirements:
- Experience in or passion for/understanding of real estate industry;
- Experience with Zoopla product and services.
