Our company is looking for a Duty Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the centre is clean, tidy and safe;
  • Providing administrative support;
  • To ensure a high standard of provision and quality service to the public, promoting an excellent image of the centre and its staff;
  • To have responsibility and deal with the day to day operation of The Look Out Discovery Centre in accordance with the centre’s policies and procedures;
  • Assisting and planning social events inside the venue and also outside functions;
  • To take responsibility for the correct operation of shifts, customer relation and the manning of reception;
  • Making sure all health and safety and food safety requirements are followed;
  • Take full responsibility for the site/region during the manager’s absence;
  • To ensure good maintenance of all equipment at both facilities;
  • Cellar management;
  • Working on a rota basis;
  • Complete reports that would be submitted to the manager upon his/her return;
  • Day to day management of the bar staff;
  • To be involved in the preparation of the sporting facilities for user groups as and when required;
  • Making sure the bar and function area’s are running accordingly and covered at all times.
