Ecommerce Coordinator Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Ecommerce Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Managing content across multiple brands using Magento systems;
- Respond to email enquiries from internal and external partners including Customer service, Buying & Merchandising;
- Managing online customer enquiries;
- Conducting regular website audits;
- Monitoring website performance and developing reports;
- Managing and compiling product data for third parties on weekly basis;
- Managing customer enquiries regarding products online;
- Completing weekly reports on email and website performance;
- Completing monthly board reports on website performance;
- Managing all content for multiple brands across multiple websites within Magento;
- Work with the Merchandisers to drive sales by identifying and actioning relevant product cross and up-sells;
- Analysing performance daily in Google Analytics;
- Reporting and ad hoc tasks to ensure the E commerce trade and planning team deliver their objectives;
- Conduct weekly site audits and take action to correct/improve where appropriate;
- Testing new web development releases in line with the optimisation roadmap and working closely with both the EWMG and Jaeger E commerce team.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to create and maintain good relationships with a wide range of business functions;
- Outstanding attention to detail;
- Experience working in a fast paced retail environment;
- Magento experience is preferable;
- The ability to manage a diverse range of priorities and solve any ambiguity if necessary;
- Minimum 1 year experience in content or working within an Ecommerce team;
- Experience with Google Analytics;
- Digital Marketing experience is preferable;
- Focusing on achieving the goals set for the wider team;
- Social Media Experience preferable;
- A willingness to grow and develop in the role.
