Facilities Maintenance Operative Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Operative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the cleaning activities as required (e.g. power cleaning of floors etc.);
- Collaborating with workers and other professionals during renovations;
- Assisting in the installation of machinery, equipment and new production cells;
- Conducting maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and standard test (i.e. PAT testing) etc;
- Maintaining the garden/perimeter and hedge trimming, removal of waste etc;
- Checking functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm, emergency lighting tests etc.);
- Performing minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps in walls, painting etc.
