Our company is looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- managing existing accounts;
- Plan and prioritise personal sales activities;
- Maintain and develop new and existing customers for the business through a variety of sales techniques;
- Negotiating commercial agreements;
- Booking appointments and arranging meetings with clients to discuss company services;
- Meet and strive to exceed all targets set by your Project Manager;
- Setting up appointments for customers to have their meters replaced;
- Organising sales visits with prospective clients, demonstrating and presenting our products;
- Meeting commercial clients;
- Meet and strive to exceed all targets set by your Manager;
- Following up on business leads and referrals;
- Manage time effectively to achieve optimum level of time in front of prospects and customers;
- Prepare monthly reports for sales v target for the Sales Manager;
- Good time management skills,;
- Ability to reach and attain weekly targets.
Requirements:
- Sales ability;
- Experience working in a B2B environment;
- Account Management;
- A team player that is also capable of working on own initiative;
- Computer use competency;
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
- Relevant experience for the role, ideally within the frozen/dispensed beverage sector;
- Monday – Friday with occasional Saturday morning;
- Full UK driving licence is essential;
- A natural salesperson with a proven and demonstrable track record of success;
- Computer literate, friendly disposition;
- Strong organisation and time management skills, able to work efficiently and unsupervised;
- The vision to recognise this business’s potential and the drive to achieve it;
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients;
- Must have at least 2 years field sales experience.
