Our company is looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • managing existing accounts;
  • Plan and prioritise personal sales activities;
  • Maintain and develop new and existing customers for the business through a variety of sales techniques;
  • Negotiating commercial agreements;
  • Booking appointments and arranging meetings with clients to discuss company services;
  • Meet and strive to exceed all targets set by your Project Manager;
  • Setting up appointments for customers to have their meters replaced;
  • Organising sales visits with prospective clients, demonstrating and presenting our products;
  • Meeting commercial clients;
  • Meet and strive to exceed all targets set by your Manager;
  • Following up on business leads and referrals;
  • Manage time effectively to achieve optimum level of time in front of prospects and customers;
  • Prepare monthly reports for sales v target for the Sales Manager;
  • Good time management skills,;
  • Ability to reach and attain weekly targets.

Requirements:

  • Sales ability;
  • Experience working in a B2B environment;
  • Account Management;
  • A team player that is also capable of working on own initiative;
  • Computer use competency;
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
  • Relevant experience for the role, ideally within the frozen/dispensed beverage sector;
  • Monday – Friday with occasional Saturday morning;
  • Full UK driving licence is essential;
  • A natural salesperson with a proven and demonstrable track record of success;
  • Computer literate, friendly disposition;
  • Strong organisation and time management skills, able to work efficiently and unsupervised;
  • The vision to recognise this business’s potential and the drive to achieve it;
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients;
  • Must have at least 2 years field sales experience.
