Our company is looking for a Learning & Development Business Partner to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating individual and business development needs;
  • Assessing the success of development plans and helping employees and businesses make the most of learning opportunities;
  • Creating and maintaining clear project plans;
  • Helping managers to develop their teams through coaching skills and skills-gap analysis;
  • Make sure that the company is focusing on the right set of outcomes to impact the people proposition in a positive way;
  • Act as a Learning Partner within the company to design and develop compelling L&D interventions;
  • Responsible for the delivery of more than one proposition, ensuring that the learning journey is exceptional;
  • Provide learning and development insight, expertise and coaching to senior leaders, acting as a trusted advisor;
  • Support the Head of People in the development, implementation and regular review of and the People Development and Engagement Strategy;
  • Form product development teams and continually monitor the progress of the team, to ensure the outcome for the products;
  • Champion and embed Group Values and Ways of Working;
  • Be accountable for the delivery against relevant careers goals/objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a true L&D Business Partner;
  • The ability to travel UK-wide when required;
  • Strong digital learning experience.
