Learning & Development Business Partner Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Learning & Development Business Partner to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluating individual and business development needs;
- Assessing the success of development plans and helping employees and businesses make the most of learning opportunities;
- Creating and maintaining clear project plans;
- Helping managers to develop their teams through coaching skills and skills-gap analysis;
- Make sure that the company is focusing on the right set of outcomes to impact the people proposition in a positive way;
- Act as a Learning Partner within the company to design and develop compelling L&D interventions;
- Responsible for the delivery of more than one proposition, ensuring that the learning journey is exceptional;
- Provide learning and development insight, expertise and coaching to senior leaders, acting as a trusted advisor;
- Support the Head of People in the development, implementation and regular review of and the People Development and Engagement Strategy;
- Form product development teams and continually monitor the progress of the team, to ensure the outcome for the products;
- Champion and embed Group Values and Ways of Working;
- Be accountable for the delivery against relevant careers goals/objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience as a true L&D Business Partner;
- The ability to travel UK-wide when required;
- Strong digital learning experience.
