Our company is looking for a Part Time Supply Chain Planner to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with service delivery contact as per engagement plan;
  • Ensure business risks are escalated in a timely manner;
  • All reports and tasks are completed to agreed timescales;
  • Sign off Purchase Orders;
  • Customer order book is in line with target dates;
  • Stock out root cause analysis, and prevention;
  • Effective communication with all areas of the business;
  • Customer account Stock Availability – To meet the company target level on stock linest.

Requirements:

  • Fully computer literate;
  • Knowledge of Back order reporting;
  • Dealing with New line forms and placement of orders /Order expediting;
  • Must have a flexible approach to work and be highly organised;
  • Forecasting / demand management experience;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
