Our company is looking for a Practice Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Finance support;
  • General HR Duties, recruitment support, maintaining employee files. Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary;
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences;
  • Provide general support to visitors;
  • Ensuring the smooth running of day to day activities;
  • Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment;
  • Maintain fire and security contracts and procedures;
  • Oversee utilities contracts;
  • Assist with QMS and procedures;
  • Maximising internal and external resources;
  • Prepare and manage facilities budget;
  • Manage creative support team and their workload;
  • Organise internal moves and relocations;
  • Recruitment;
  • Coordinate all aspects of HR.

Requirements:

  • Ability to identify training and development needs in self and other as well as experience of appraising staff;
  • A relevant qualification in Business Management or equivalent;
  • Prior experience of leadership and personnel management, ideally within a healthcare setting;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with colleagues, clinical professionals, customers and senior management;
  • Experience in financial management;
  • Motivation and drive to make your Practice a success;
  • Clinical experience working in a GP practice;
  • IT Literate;
  • Excellent organisational, management and planning skills, IT skills and communication skills;
  • Man-management experience including conducting one-to-ones, performance reviews, and managing staff development;
  • First Degree level qualification or working at this level;
  • Over 5-10+ years’ work experience, ideally in a managerial role where a significant proportion of the duties involved coordinating;
  • Proven ability to manage a varied workload;
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, and ability to set own strategies and goals to effectively contribute to the success of the company;
  • Be resilient, reliable, consistent, creative and efficient.
