Our company is looking for a Practitioner Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Team Managers in the delivery of a high quality Adult Social Care service;
- Take the lead on ensuring that the service requirement to safeguard adults is delivered according to agreed standards;
- To deliver ongoing improvements in practice and standards of work through the application of specialised knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
- In exceptionally complex cases this will include casework with clients and their carers;
- To manage a group of Social workers and Case co-ordinators within the team, deputising for the Team Manager as required;
- Worker needs to have experience of line management of staff.
