Our company is looking for a Renewals Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Proving administrative support for Major Accounts;
  • Assisting with queries and managing renewals;
  • To develop and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships;
  • To provide sales administration support to sales team member and exploring upsell opportunities;
  • Providing fast turnaround for quotation and order processing;
  • Drive on-time and accurate renewals by following internal processes and procedures;
  • Maintain consistent and accurate deal progression updates in SalesForce.com for all renewal opportunities in your territory from Quote to Close;
  • Manage 400+ Small to Mid Size accounts for renewal and retention;
  • Negotiate, protect and grow renewal revenue stream within assigned territory;
  • Must meet or exceed assigned quota;
  • Build relationships with internal teams and leverage those relationships to produce positive outcomes for the company and your customers.

Requirements:

  • An adaptable personality who can work within a fast-paced working environment;
  • A passionate, self-motivated and tenacious individual;
  • A commercially minded individual;
  • Experience within the IT Sector and a sales environment is essential, within a renewal’s role is preferred;
  • A flexible working attitude and be prepared to go the extra mile when required;
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as driven to work on individual projects.
